The Wellness Center believes in promoting a healthy lifestyle through a variety of programs and nutrition coaching.  Our certified staff is knowledgeable and determined to provide outstanding customer service and programming to assist you with your fitness goals.   We offer a variety of services, classes, programs, and more including KidZone where child care is provided free of charge.  We are committed to helping all of our clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.
